Port solutions

DICAMOS is our automatic gate control system. High definition of the units in freight terminals are taken with IP camera's at the incoming and outgoing gates. All pictures are linked with the data from the booking or terminal management system and stored in our database for fast and easy access. The system can operate as a stand-alone system or it can be integrated in an existing terminal management system.

iClaims, our claims software is the ideal means to drastically reduce claims costs. Our software allows the Claim-Manager or Terminal-Managers to easily retrieve pictures of incoming or outgoing transports based on all criteria available in the database. When operational in different countries, global history of units is available. Network, web and mobile versions of claims software are available.

iSnapshot, integrates additionall pictures taken with your mobile smartphone or tablet directly into our claims application. All specified pictures are automatically added to the server and can be consulted by our web claims application.

MyCar Web App

This app can be used with a regular smartphone or tablet.
These devices only require (mobile) internet (4G).
There are 2 modules :
- Take pictures
- Consult pictures
The 'Consult pictures' module can also be used on a laptop or desktop PC.
The pictures are stored directly on the web server without any further interaction from the user.
All information is stored in a SQL database.
... 1. Take Pictures
First picture is to identify the series of pictures.
Vehicle license plate is read automatically.
The automatically read license plate is shown on the screen.
Then one can take a series of subsequent photos.
This can be done in a random order or according to a certain sequence.
After all photos are taken for this vehicle, one presses "end" and the file is written to the database on the web server.
The basic data are the identification (license plate), country code license plate, date, time, location, user, reference number and number of photos.
Different data can be added to this depending on the customer.
The place where the photos are taken is automatically determined via geolocation.
2. Consult Pictures
This module can be used on a smartphone/tablet or laptop/desktop.
All data is shown on the screen with the last pictures taken on top.
The user can look up information by different criteria:
- License plate
- Date, ....
All photos are displayed and one can start zooming in on the details.
Application possibilities:
- Determination of damage to vehicles
- When handing over vehicles to third parties: transport by train, boat ...
- Car body companies
- Car parks with valet service
- Temporary insurance for vacations

Access control

In our port solutions, we integrated various access control systems. Our solutions can be used for parking areas or industrial gates. Authorizing vehicles can be done by connection with a booking system. All entries are logged in our database and can be used for invoicing. Different types of reports can be generated automatically. We integrate multiple technologies such as proximity cards, barcodes, QR codes and license plate recognition. This offers unmatched performance and improves efficiency of parking operations. Steering of traffic barriers, traffic lights and capture data from a variety of sensors are also integrated. Dependent on client requirements, we design customized solutions for our customers, to meet their specific needs.
